Producer/director, videographer, researcher, business manager Bus No. 8 is a documentary production company dedicated to the exploration of the meaning of community. By pooling our diverse experiences and disciplines -- from activism and architecture to theater and music -- Bus No. 8 offers a unique approach to documenting communities around the world.

Owner at open consulting "Building for the rest of us" 2008 - Present. Owner of consulting service specializing in programming, owner's representation and construction administration, with an emphasis on affordable and special-needs housing. Construction monitoring and consultation on 26-unit affordable housing project, construction document review on 50-unit urban project and a women's shelter, and early development of design and sustainability guideline database for the Archdiocesan Housing Authority of Western Washington.
