I am a facilitator, mediator, trainer, coach and motivational speaker helping professionals in the workplace communicate and resolve conflict. In my 25 year career as an engineer and manager in the utilities industry and as a naval submarine officer I have accumulated a wealth of experience helping professionals from accountants to nuclear engineers communicate and negotiate with others. I have earned a variety of mediator certifications including eight areas of specialization through the Washington Mediation Association.
