We help folks planning a custom home or remodel design a home that meets their unique tastes and needs. We've designed hundreds of homes in the Pacific Northwest over the last 25 years.

We're especially good at two things:

First, We help our clients visualize what their home will look like and how the spaces will function through 3d modeling. We've never had a client say they couldn't visualize the design after they saw their model.

Second, we help our clients design their next home on difficult sites. Most of our work these days is on sites in the Seattle area with critical areas or sites with irregular shapes & difficult topography.
