I am the Co-founder and Vice President of Marketing of Productive Learning & Leisure (PL&L). I bring over 20 years of experience in the self-development and personal growth training industry to my passion for teaching people ways to make their personal and business lives easier, happier and more successful.

While having one of my entrepreneurial seizures, I created an innovative email marketing system to generate leads and help retain clients called "QuoteActions." Immediately the big picture loomed larger. While planning my marketing strategy for this innovative e-marketing tool, I realized the value of Social Networking (SN) and building relationships versus making traditional sales.

My style of inquiry, discovery and approach to SN has helped me gain the reputation of being the "Go To Guy for SN Newbies." Since I'm in-between being a Baby Boomer and Gen X, I can bridge the gap. I talk the language and anticipate the questions of SN first-timers.

With Social Networking here to stay, I've created a blog Social Networking for Newbies, done Webinars and written several articles here on Biznik. I'm also in the process of writing an eBook for the purpose of having non-geeks feel comfortable merging their offline and online worlds.

I was born and raised in Mexico City and married a Swede. We have two daughters so we're doing our part for spreading the gene pool. At 50 I'm still an avid baseball player. When I'm not on an SN site making new connections, you might also me scuba diving on one of PL&L's accelerated learning courses held at exotic locations around the world.

By the way, the video you see on my profile is from one of Productive Learning & Leisure's accelerated learning courses where we swam with Humpback whales in the kingdom of Tonga.
