Approval process and timeline

It seems to me that is taking longer to get the approval process for an article. Is this accurate or is it just my perception? I'm wondering what is the average wait time for articles to be approved? Thanks

Searching for San Diego members

When I search for all members in San Diego and I click to view those in pages 2-11, I get taken to the new San Diego members only. I want to be able to contact other S.D. members to invite to an event.

How does one go about sending a referral through Biznik?

I see that there is a way to track referrals given in Biznik. How do I go about giving a referral and having it tracked in the system?

Someone wanted to post a compliment for me and couldn't do it

All the tabs under my picture and above my network don't show on my profile ( the send message, introduce someone, in your network, send compliment, etc.) are all gone.

Actually when I log out I see them. However once I log in they disappear.

Please advise.

How does one earn a badge for inviting people? I've had 11 people who have joined Biznik and I was wondering what I need to do to earn one of those badges under my name.

I'm offering a free teleseminar and I'm wondering how I can best promote through the site. Does it qualify as an event? If not, is it a promotion? Please advise.
