I started working in real estate as a loan officer. My lending experience has been invaluable in helping me understand real estate from the financial prospective. That knowledge allows me to help customers by calculating debt to income ratios and advising buyers on the best loan programs.

My initial experience as a real estate agent began in builder services, selling and managing new construction properties. I have parlayed that knowledge into the planning and development of numerous properties as well as becoming a partner in a local construction company. This experience helps me provide additional knowledge and service to our clients that are purchasing new construction homes or developing their own property.

As a Seattle area Realtor I continue to focus on helping people realize the American dream of owning a home. My passion to see people succeed is what helps me build my business year after year.
