  To work with companies who need to focus on their main business; the things they do well. Every business activity needs analysis to determine whether or not it is achieving the set goals. Managers need to know the gross profit of each profit center and measure it against a budget to track progress. Deviations need to be addressed and corrected before they become problems. Financial data needs to be in an understandable form and contain all information needed to view performance. Daily reports showing cash flow, bank and loan balances, sales tracking by day & month and comparing it to historical data and the budget; a financial dashboard from which managers can view their companies performance in real time. Financial data should be used for not only reviewing the company's performance but to also steer it towards set goals and avoid pitfalls. [less]
