Rainier Appraisal was formed in 2001 as a professional association of residential real estate appraisers as a way to provide our clients with fast and dependable service, regardless of typical real estate cycles. We will often include more than 3 comparable sales, and add data for listing and pending properties when appropriate.

Automatic Appraisal tracking and e-mail notifications will be made during the following steps of the appraisal process. Confirmation of receipt of the appraisal order along with the name and contact information for the person assigned to appraise the property can be found by using your custom log-in on our website.

E-Mail 1: When an appointment is scheduled, an e-mail will be sent regarding the date and time.

E-Mail 2: The completed appraisal will be e-mailed to the loan officer and the processor. These can also be sent to the buyer's agent, if requested.

In addition, appraisals are stored on our website for up to 1 year, so you can always log-in and re-download complete appraisals.
