  We are looking for new clients interested in building Passive Houses. (See http://passivehouse.us/) These houses (as we are designing them) are warm, stylish, comfortable and light-filled, and use 10% of the energy of a typical house. 15,000 have been built in Europe, but there are only a five or six so far in the USA. In Seattle, they can be heated with (the equivalent of) a hair dryer! We have the technical expertise to do this, and will work with the right client (in terms of our fees) to make it affordable and achievable. [less]
