Early in the life of the 'net, I went to work at PC Magazine. During my time there, my team and I authored some of the earliest works on Directory Services, Mobile Devices and Remote Access. At Resumix, I was asked by a co-worker to be the Product Manager for a web-based recruiting tool. That co-worker is--to this day--the best manager I've had, and Product / Program Management was a great fit for my skill set. We built one of the first cutting-edge Web-Based Applications while maintaining solid relationships with Engineers, Executives and Customers. Through mergers, the product is now a portion of Yahoo! Jobs. Next I grew my Business Process Analysis skills at a startup; building relationships and managing large-scale user-interface design projects. Then on to Genesys and managing the technical relationship between Genesys and Microsoft. During this time, I also started a small business, achieving the second-highest city-wide rating in a competitive market. I was recruited to be the Technical Product Manager for Microsoft CRM and am honored to have participated in the development of the Partner-Facing programs for Dynamics CRM 4.0. Though I passed the interview process and relocated to Seattle, I wasn't quite ready for the stretch goals this job presented, and I didn't do as well as I would have liked. I learned a lot during this humbling time relative to my learning process and effectively managing stress. I respectfully chose to leave Microsoft and was honored to join Avanade. I also became a board member of CRM Expert Web; the operating company developing the CRMPA and CRMCPA. I am an avid movie fan, blogger and music fan. I am fascinated by Micro-Philanthropy and focus my spare time empowering people with information and knowledge in order to level the global playing field. Your life's success should be unlimited, no matter the geography in which you were born. [less]
