  Your presentation style mixed with humor made my experience fun and informative. The tools and strategies you presented are practical, useful, and easy to integrate. Plus it makes good business sense.

  Attending your program sparked useful questions that are allowing me to laser in on who is the target audience, how does the website answer or meet their perceived needs and wants, what I want to achieve from a web presence, and how to effectively accomplish this goal.
