I teach a lot of classes about how to use the Web for marketing, and I often recommend using tools that make building websites easy. However, many of the people in my classes lack the rudimentary skills needed to use those tools. So I need freelance HTML/light design folks who are willing to work with those tools and provide site maintenance. It may be possible to set up some steady contracts as well.
