Robert Gougaloff is a published author and enjoys lecturing at academies and professional meetings. He maintains a rigid pledge to continue being active in research that furthers the sciences of Implant Dentistry and Laser Dentistry. Dr. Gougaloff obtained his Doctorate in Dentistry from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After taking his degree he began a three-year residency at the Loma Linda University Center for Oral Implantology where he earned a certificate specialty degree in Oral Implantology. Following this certificate he obtained a specialty certification in Microsurgery and a certificate in IV sedation at Loma Linda University. Later in his career, he became interested in laser technology and consequently was fortunate to learn more about them and eventually obtained certification for Laser Surgery for Oral Applications. Dr. Gougaloff is the founder, current owner and president of Gemini Dental Enterprises, Inc., a healthcare related activities contracting platform. Before establishing Gemini Dental Enterprises, Inc., Robert Gougaloff was employed in a variety of management and individual contributor positions at companies and establishments including Loma Linda University, Turnbull, Cardona & Gougaloff as well as the University of Southern California. In addition to his commitments at Gemini Dental Enterprises, Dr. Gougaloff works as an independent contractor at Redondo Beach Dental Group and as a clinical and research advisor to USA Laser Biotech, Inc. Born in Berlin, Germany, Mr. Gougaloff completed his education in that country through the high school level, graduating from the Kant Gymnasium. He then went on to relocate to Los Angeles, California where he enrolled at UCLA for his bachelor's degree. Mr. Gougaloff is the father of two children, and in his spare time enjoys parenting, sailing, SCUBA diving, traveling and the great outdoors.

Earned DMD degree in 1992 from Tufts University of Dental Medicine. Obtained an IV sedation permit in 1994. Earned a specialty certificate in Microsurgery from Loma Linda University in 1995. Earned a specialty certificate in Implant Dentistry from Loma Linda University in 1996. Associate Professor at Loma Linda University from 1996 - 2000. Invited to lecture at the Academy of Laser Dentistry in San Diego in April of 2008. Invited to lecture in Boston, MA at the Yankee Dental Convention in January of 2009. Ambulance Certified Emergency Medical Technician at UCLA, handling primary response units for emergency calls in the greater Westwood and surrounding areas. Responsible for stabilization and transportation of trauma victims to local emergency facilities.
