I am a lawyer representing the transactions of emerging media businesses and people in entertainment and the arts. I handle licensing, vendor agreements, reseller agreements, franchise law, trademark and copyright registration and corporate law. Additionally, I manage court cases for a criminal law firm in Northern California.

I have experience in virtually every aspect of tech and media based corporate and securities law including entity formation, financing, mergers, asset sales, dissolutions, executive compensation, and related transactions and litigation.

As an attorney, I have merged data companies, secured six-figure deals for stellar authors, pitched the shows of successful producers and actors, and developed Hollywood webmedia content companies. I have run a successful boutique literary agency prior to opening an media and entertainment law office. Before that, I worked in various aspects of trade and text book publishing, electronic content, journal publication, and a legal media company.
