I am a child and family therapist and help to empower children, teens, and families to move through struggles and frustration, towards change and healing. My passion is working with children and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, school issues, trauma, or just having trouble fitting in.

Many children who come to see me are bright and intelligent, but they get upset and frustrated easily, the seams in their socks bug them, and they can be very hard on themselves when things aren't "perfect."

My office is located in Northgate, convenient access to I-5 with easy parking.
