I am a licensed massage practitioner and enjoy bringing many tools and options to my clients. While I provide traditional massage, my practice is focused on the specialized modality of lymphatic work. Lymphatic massage is a very gentle modality, which has profound and long lasting effects. It is very rewarding to see results happening while performing the technique. Lymphatic work requires very little pressure, but does require focus and understanding of the different flows and directions of the lymphatic system. It's like "playing in the water" because 80% of the lymphatic system is directly beneath the skin. Learning how to move the lymph greatly supports the immune system and assists in removing toxins from the body, both on a general basis and in very specific areas of injury or surgery.

I love connecting with my clients and creating a space where they feel safe, nurtured and cared for. Creating a sacred space where clients can let down their guard and melt into relaxation mode is really in the forefront of what I do.

I am looking for clients who have fibromyalgia, chemical sensitivities, rheumatoid arthritis or other systemic conditions that may benefit greatly from the gentle, yet profound approach that lymphatic massage offers.

I'm also looking for clients who wish to focus on stress reduction to create more balance in their lives.

Licensed massage pracitioner for over eight years with a well-rounded education base in various massage techniques. I've studied manual lymphatic drainage for 4 years, and am in the process of becoming certified.

Lymphatic massage is indicated for many conditions that are contraindicated for traditional massage. It is with great fortune that I have the opportunity to study with Diana Kincaid, LMP, for the last four years. Diana is renowned and respected as a lymphedema specialist.

I have been practicing for eight years and have a well established practice downtown Seattle. My experience is widely based from therapeutic treatment for injuries, to relaxation and stress reduction. My focus for the last four years has been lymphatic drainage therapy, and have used this to work with multiple chemical sensitivies, detox programs in conjunction with naturopaths, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, cancer support, acute injuries, which include sprains/strains, bruising, and pre- and post-surgery. I am heavily invested in continuing education, and am always seeking to expand my knowledge and skills to assist clients in moving toward health and balance in their lives. Experience is always changing and evolving, and my clients are my best teachers.
