I am a Marriage, Family Therapist & Clinical Hypnotherapist and author of Becoming Slender For Life. I have offices on Bainbridge Island and in the Medical Dental Building in Seattle. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Studies, a Master's in Marriage & Family Therapy and a PhD in Clinical Hypnosis.

I have been a counselor for more than 33 years and was overweight most of my life. 14 years ago I lost over 100# using hypnosis and have kept it off ever since. I have been in private practice on Bainbridge Island and Seattle since 1996. I teach at various events and conferences throughout the US and I train & license other therapists in the use of my Slender For Life(tm) program.
