Bubik also devoted much of his time to serving SHAD (Support and Housing Assistance for people with Disabilities). Bubik has made various donations to the Pink Tie Ball organization to help in the fight against breast cancer, as well as the Red Cross.

Roland Bubik earned two University degrees after completing a parallel study at the University of Mannheim in Mannheim, Germany. Bubik studied History and Political Science and Business Administration, earning his degrees in 1995.
