I've been in technology and financial recruiting & executive search form many years.  I started young with just a basic understanding of software and hardware, very little experience dealing with executives, but luckily some knowledge of finance. After many years of success and failure, I now have a solid level of expertise to offer. 

I prefer a targeted approach to all recruiting projects. The style typically used in executive searches, I apply to recruiting of technology and finance professionals, from individual contributor to executive level. With this approach I've helped some incredible people get into some of the most attractive companies throughout the United States.

Prior to opening Talent Scout Recruiting, I spent several years with Hall Kinion, a public search firm based in San Jose, California.  I made my mark as a top producer year in and year out, and received some awards for it.  I acquired and cultivated the number one client in the nation for two years running, and worked with one of the nations largest financial service providers. 

I love helping people get to the next level in their career!  One of my proudest accomplishments was the placement of an IT guy who wanted to move from China to the United States.  It took a year and a lot of dedication, but we did it! He was so happy and even remembered me several years later!
