After several years playing with Adobe, Xara and other software programs, Rosa decided to embark on the journey known as Tortilla Designs. The name came from a nickname, because a certain brand of tortillas has the phrase "Tia Rosa" which means Aunt Rosa. After several years playing with Adobe, Xara and other software programs, Rosa decided to embark on the journey known as Tortilla Designs. In late 2006 Tortilla Designs (TD) was birthed to meet the needs of small businesses, urban churches, and non-profits. TD has successfully completed projects for photo histories, brochures, marketing materials, booklets, invitations, scrapbook pages, and many other printed and digital designs. Since 2006 Tortilla Designs has branched into creating semi-custom and custom designs.
