While a lot of what we as Computer Troubleshooters do is technical (we are a team of >400 franchise members), what we do first is listen.

We take the time to listen to the customer first and then match a solution to their needs. We are small business owners so we understand budgets, cash flow, etc. and take that into consideration with our solutions.

Our strength is bridging the gap between technobabble and reality. I've spent over 20 years in a variety of support roles and understand how to talk and more importantly, listen to our customers.

I'm always looking for accountants and bookkeepers who want to help their customers reduce their IT costs and improve the ROI of their IT investment.
