I facilitate the building of community through dance, performance and education. The Harlequin Source School is a dance studio and event venue where we infuse every thing we do with the spirit of play. With my BA from the University of Washington in Drama and Dance, 19 years of theater experience and 11 of dance, I have an intimate understanding of what it takes to create experiences. One of my goals is to re-format partner dance into a modern context, and build it back into the idea of folk culture using updated music and dance forms such as hip-hop, modern and blues. We are all, after all, folks.
