About Sadie

Massage therapy has become a number one atecdote for stress in our society today and is becoming more widely relied upon to help relieve acute and chronic conditions. I am Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and licensed in the state of Arizona. My clients receive treatment based on their specific needs and preferences. Integrating postural correction, injury recovery and prevention, sport's massage, myofascial release, assisted stretching and deep tissue techniques, I assist my clients in bringing their bodies back into a naturally balanced state. I am also proficient in and enjoy giving deeply relaxing Swedish massage.
