Combining an understanding of the pharmaceutical clinical trial industry with practical experience in medicine, Sally Brinkmann creates project management guidelines for various phases of clinical research.

Sally Brinkmann began her clinical research career at IBRD-Rostrum Global as a Regional Clinical Research Associate. Sally Brinkmann led a clinical research associate team on a renal failure and dialysis study and provided advice and guidance to her team throughout clinical phase studies. In addition to leading Phase II to IV trials, Sally Brinkmann created study manuals and guidelines for clinical research associate education. Sally Brinkmann focused her senior clinical research consultant services on renal, cardiac, and hepatic organ transplant studies with Hoffmann-La Roche. On the business side of the company, Sally Brinkmann ran initiatives by calculating budgets, authorizing payments, and negotiating contracts.

In accordance with International Conference of Harmonisation and Good Clinical Practice measures, Sally Brinkmann developed her own private clinical research consulting company to better serve the needs of her clientele. Running the firm from her Independent Clinical Research Consultant post, Sally Brinkmann directs paperwork processes, in addition to project management services. As an expert auditor, Sally Brinkmann finds violations and errors in research data for pharmaceutical companies to fix before they submit their trials to the FDA. Sally Brinkmann provides a wide array of services to her clients, tracks study milestones for her clients, oversees trial collaborations with external researchers, assists with vendor selection and Feasibility Study Report writing, Protocol Development, Manuscript and Abstract Reviews. Sally Brinkmann applies her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from the University of Redlands and her Registered Nurse Diploma from The Bryn Mawr Hospital School of Nursing to her senior executive-level position.

Apart from her professional work in consulting, Sally Brinkmann devotes much of her community service efforts to animal rescue and conservation. Sally Brinkmann cares for three purebred Birman cats and follows the Birman Cat Society. Sally Brinkmann gives to the Peninsula Humane Society and the Humane Society of the United States.
