For both buyers and sellers I advocate for their best interest while navigating through the negotiation process, act as liason, with bankers, title companies, contractors, appraisors inspectors, etc. and ensure that a potentially frustrating and difficult situation runs as smoothly. And hopefully have some fun in the process.

Prior to becoming a licensed agent about two and a half years ago, I worked for a real estate investment company and quickly learned the ropes. Before that, I worked for many years as a paralegal, representing plaintiffs and defendants through the painful process, but sometimes rewarding process of civil litigation.
