RSVP'd and then un-RSVP'd when I realized this was the last day of School! I'm sure I'll be needed for some sort of BBQ or just a celebratory evening with the family.
I hope you have a great event and hope to host one myself someday.

I loved this. You speak my language and I will definitely put this to use.
Early mornings though, that's a tough one. Last week I poured the coffee grounds into the water resevior of my coffee maker. Wiping out whining will be easier. Learning new things? Gulp. OK, if I must.
Thank you Caelan
All of your advice not only rang true, but I will be putting some of your suggestions to work this very afternoon. We can not be reminded too often that our job is to build rapport trust in order for our clients to feel comfortable communicating their true needs and desires.
Had a last minute inspection re-schedule, so I can't be there today. Hope it's a great success!
Sorry I can't make it. I have a sick kid at home and don't want to expose him to anyone else. Sounds like the bug is spreading so be careful everyone!
I would keep your eye on us. I think big things are in store for Bellingham in 2009. Waterfront development project continues, Olympics just around the corner, focus on smart growth and energy independence to keep our environment and our economy healthy and new wonderful people, relocating here to make our community stronger!
The description of this event really speaks to me. I'm looking forward to learning how to project the confidence I feel inside. I would like to train myself to respond automatically when meeting new people and present a great first impression. I am getting tired of kicking myself over what I wish I would have said or done differently.
Bring it on!
To give some historical prospective from an old grunge rocker, (Seattle music scene of the late 80's) I believe the term "indie" came out of the growth of independent record labels which flourished in response to the music listening public's rejection of pre-packaged and over-produced, commercial music. The term inidicates a break from the conventional and a nose thumbing directed at corporate media. To me still has a bit of a rebelious sound to it. I think Mudhoney, The Melvins, plaid shirts and army shorts with long johns.
Hi Judith
I am a realtor, interested in sharing information about sustainability and energy efficient choices with my clients in order to "future proof" their biggest investment. I will be keeping an eye on the event calendar so as not to miss yours.
