In my practice, Whole Spirit Nutrition, I assist clients to transform their relationship with food by shifting focus from "eating habits" to an integrated understanding of themselves & their behavior with food.

I offer counseling and energy medicine services, with specialization on emotional eating, weight and body image.

I also provide more traditional Nutritional Counseling for conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia and GI disorders.

I combine counseling and energy work for transformation--- which is very powerful, yet gentle.

I offer clients a comfortable, positive and optimistic venue to explore and transform long-standing challenges with food/eating/dieting, etc.

I hope to get the word out about this work. It's an unusual combination of modalities, but it's one that works for many people who are looking to transform.

I'd like to expand my referral base and reach as many people who struggle (often very privately) with issues around food.
