I am a real estate agent that works 100% by referral.  I spend all my time with my clients (as opposed to spending my time looking for random business), helping them to buy and sell homes, informing them of the market, and generally staying in touch long after the sale is done.  I love creating awesome relationships with amazing people.  I throw housewarming parties, have a professional stager & photographer at my disposal, and personalize my service so that each client feels wowed.    

I have an annual gratitude gathering for my clients and host a quarterly event called Dating by Referral, which is something I started after noticing that the cool single people in my life were not finding each other out there. 

 I love working with and knowing wonderful people and I believe that an abundance mentality is a must for having a successful business.

For my buyers, I am a skilled negotiator and have an eye for a good deal.  I listen to my clients' needs and allow the process of purchasing to unfold organically, educating my buyers about the current conditions, best strategies and  best mindsets.  I think outside of the box in a crazy market.  I want my clients to be excited about their new homes!

For sellers I target my marketing of their home in order to find the best buyers who will pay the highest price on the seller's own timeline.  I love strategizing about the exposure of each client's home.  I help sellers get their homes ready for the market by bringing in a professional stager.  When ready, I have a professional photographer take pictures of their home and create a website to reach many consumers.  I want my sellers to be thrilled by the process and the outcome of their home sale.

I am in the process of starting a networking group and am looking for amazing people! Our goal is to cultivate a diverse, supportive, and positive network of business professionals, dedicated to the highest integrity in their field and committed to building a thriving community. I have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and was a therapist and counselor for several years.  I have also taught (English in Japan).
