I specialize in working with executives, owners of small businessess, professionals, and people in transition. I concentrate on helping people improve their business, define and reach goals, and maximize their potential in every aspect of their lives.

What I do best is help people define and achieve their goals. I'm a terrific listener, hear on all levels, and ask questions that make you think and get to the root of your situation. I'm honest, gently direct, and enjoy my clients. We have fun as we move towards their success.

My formal education is a bachelors degree from San Jose State University and a masters degree from Southern Oregon University. I am also a graduate of Coach University in Colorado, am certified by the International Coach Federation and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My informal education has been gained from many years as a coach, therapist/counselor, small business owner, wife, parent and human being.

Over the course of my career I have worked as a mental health therapist, owned my own business, written three books (one on Self-Esteem and two on Leadership and Management Skills), taught at the university level and coached thousands of people as they achieve their goals and become the best they can be. My clients include small business owners, executives, managers and individuals who want to improve their lives.
