Reading Malcolm Gladwell´s "Outliers" has made one thing really clear to me. Sheer practice (10,000 hours or more) as well as some lucky timing are two of the biggest success factors in just about anything.

So great to hear something about networking because I am doing so much of it right now. This is actually a very sobering article and I really appreciate the discussion of ethics. Great food for thought.
