As a leadership and life coach I help women business owners and leaders embrace the second half of their lives with fresh passion, cultivated wisdom, and grace. This includes and is not limited to tracking their sources of JOY and seeing that they stay true to themselves, their core essence, and their own definition of success.

My work with women leaders has helped them:

• Find the source of their "divine discontent," their mid-life restlessness and successfully address it.
• Gain clarity on their strengths that go beyond job title and familial roles.
• Assess the sources of energy and depletion in their lives and strengthen their energetic foundation.
• Craft and implement a master plan for their leadership and personal growth.
• Track their success with the teams that they work with and through appreciative inquiry and other tools help them become more effective and have more fun!
• Consciously lean into their spirituality as a key aspect of support and meaning in the second half and a guide for soul satisfaciton.
• Attend to their overall well-being as a foundation for the personal and professional success.

As you get to know and accept yourself in your fullness, challenges and problems will present themselves, however, the drain will be less and you will ripen in your wisdom and become "incandescent," "unimpeded" and burning clean. You will illume your own path and those with whom you share your path.
