Gourmet handcrafted chocolates and confections including truffles, chocolate dipped items, custom chocolates, logo chocolates, gift baskets, client appreciation gifts, caramels, old-fashioned popcorn balls, fresh fudge, nut logs, turtles, and much more.  I enjoy making custom items to fit clients' needs.  Offering no minimum purchases for wholesale customers.

I specialize in all kinds of custom chocolate needs:  edible custom logo imprints on chocolate, molded items, foiled chocolates, and client-oriented gift baskets to fit needs and budgets.  Also available is a large variety of stock candy to fill quick needs from nut clusters to the more unusual and old-fashioned favorites.

I would appreciate someone to assist with marketing, self-promotion is something I am weak at.  I also need a good travel agent familiar with European travel.

Irrelevant degrees:  BS Biochemistry (Univ. of WA) and BS in Medical Technology (Univ. of WA).  Chocolate and confectionery work has been through a few small classes and a great deal of self-teaching.

Previous happy commercial customers include Homestar Lending and Smith Barney (Citigroup) for whom we have created custom logo bars and other items.  Twelve Baskets Catering and several local gift baskets companies have been repeat customers.  Also several local dentists and orthodontists find that we fulfill their client appreciation gift needs.
