What Scot does best

Most IT customer service is impersonal. Aside from being very technical, I aim to make people more comfortable with the technology they use. Instead of answering questions in geek speak, I explain things in a way that empowers the customer.

Education

I have a bachelors in Psychology from The Ohio State University. I have an MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) a certification for computer network proficiency from Microsoft. I also have an A+ which is a certification for computer hardware proficiency.

Experience

I have been providing IT services professonally since 2002. Aside from owning my own business, I have worked as a Network administrator for a television studio in Los Angeles and as a consultant in an outsourced IT company.
