I'm a photographer based in the north San Francisco Bay area. I photograph the landscape and cityscapes of the region and provide vibrant images to ad agencies, or direct clients who wish to emphasize their sense of place with images on their websites and/or office walls, and within their hard copy advertising, brochures, and annual reports. I also do location portrait and architectural photography. I have a very fast and sensitive eye for striking natural light patterns and"geometries" that structure a strong and indelible image. I like to create large canvases that leave powerful impressions.

BS in political science from City University of New York. Studied documentary photography at Indiana University.

I've been a commercial, portrait and arts photographer since 1983 where I started shooting street scenes for Miami Magazine. I've had images published in a variety of regional, national and international magazines from the San Francisco Chronicle to Australian House and Garden and ArtNews and recent Burning Man calendars. I sell photographs through my website and in northbay galleries.
