I just opened it up for more. New floor plan.
Remember you don’t need to eat before you get here, we are providing a fresh Cesar salad and Spaghetti buffet with all the necessities needed for whatever you bring as refreshment. We also ask, if you can, please bring at least two non-perishable food items for the Fremont area food banks.
The Oscar live broadcast will be seen in two areas of the facility, the screening theater upstairs seats 50 plus standing room, this will be the best and most spectacular location to view the broadcast in HD, first come first serve. The other area is the room you first enter, “The Village”, this will have cozy couch seating with plenty of standing and socializing room. The Oscars will be displayed on a 60” HD screen focused to the general seating area. If you’re a dedicated Oscar spectator get here early to save your seat in the theater.
Also, be sure to have your "professional pose" for the paparazzi at the door.
Thank you again, you’re going to have a fabulous time.

OK....were going to sneek it up a little.
David, Annika, and all still looking, we are watching to see how many want to squeezzzzzz in. The building capacity overall is 3000, we are confining this event to the screening theater and backstage area we call the village. As far as the total attendance, I am only worried about everyone being comfortable and being able to watch the TV show. The theater seats 50 with another 20 in standing room. The downstairs village will have good seating for another 50. I have food for 150 and more, there is lots of standing room and spillage into the front hall and I will have studio A open for looks. Unfortunately we have all 8 of our cinema HD projectors working out on other shows this week and weekend or I would open up studio A as a big showroom theater for as many as wanted to come. (Next Time). I don’t know how to predict the no-shows. Watch till this time tomorrow and will see how many more want to come......At this time I feel we can squeezes a few more in understanding viewing of the show may become a little limited.
David, thanks for the kitchen help offer, we do formal dinners weekly for 700. Spaghetti and Meatballs, no brainer, lets leave it up to the catering staff.
PS. I may need help on Saturday with hotdogs! (Just Kidding)
Dan, perfect....if you only knew.....
You don't have to bring an food item to get the Spaghetti, we'll have enough for everyone. Also for those wanting to bring a guest, no problem, please email me directly so I can adjust.

Looks like we have about 100 RSVP so far, just so you know I am up-grading the party to a spaghetti feed, because it is starting a 5pm and I will be hungry. ALSO, Can we make this a food bank event and have everyone bring two non perishable food items that we can give to local food banks? The spaghetti is on us....
