  Scott catered the lunch for BizJam 2007 and really went the extra mile to accommodate my wheat allergy. I emailed him a few days before the event to ask if he could turn one of the sandwich options into a salad. He emailed back immediately and offered up two options to choose from. That day, I had a delicious roasted veggie salad and Scott really went the extra mile by nabbing me after lunch to see if I had liked what he had prepared. Thanks so much Scott for the extra accommodation on such a busy day....the excellent "customer service" was much appreciated!   [less]

  From the savory white bean pate to the rosewater-chamomile puffs that he invented especially for my event, Scott's creations were delectable. He was meticulous to detail, getting into the mood of the social experience I wanted to offer. Scott arrived like an elf to deliver the tasty morsels, artfully constructed towers of colors and smells, and left the scene before my guests arrived. If you want to impress your people, let Elemental Catering set you up. Don't hope for leftovers.   [less]
