As owner of Elemental Catering, I head a team that provides incredible food and service to the business community of Seattle. Employee Appreciation events, Customer Appreciation events, Open Houses, Product/Services Presentations and In-Home catered meetings are just a few of the types of events we are prepared to handle for you and your business.

I specialize in both Italian cuisine and Northwest Fusion: a blend of both local and global ingredients that has an Asian influence with a strong emphasis on freshness. In addition to being an excellent chef, I am also an expert Event Planner with a meticulous eye to every detail that will send your important occasion over the top in terms of impressing your attendees.

What do I do best? I help impress. My eye to detail and concern for presentation lends itself to every aspect of my services, and commitment like that can only make you and your business look better.

I am currently looking for a larger kitchen in the South Seattle area, as well as several larger pieces of equipment.

I always need massages. Everyone does, but I'm not afraid to admit it.

I have over 20 years experience in my chosen field, as well as a lifelong love for what I do.

My clientele has included schools, real estate agents, optometrists, politicians, playhouses, massage therapists, and many others.
