What Sean does
I recently returned from NYC after spending almost two years there. I attended the Institute of Culinary Education for both their Baking & Pastry Arts and Culinary Management certificate programs. I then spent varying lengths of time at some of the top restaurants in NYC: WD-50, Jean-Georges, Del Posto, Gotham Bar & Grill, Gilt, and Le Bernardin. I have recently joined the team at Cafe Juanita as the pastry sous chef. My long-term goal is to open some sort of dessert bar/lounge/restaurant concept in Seattle with my wife.
