I'm a navigator of the local building and fire codes, ordinances, and city officials. I can assist in getting over the hurdles that can often slow you from getting a building designed, renovated or modified. I can design a fire sprinkler or fire alarm system for your building. I can give you an honest opinion of what a building needs to bring it up to current codes or just improve life safety.

My most relevant education is all self-learning and hands on experience. I've been an auto-didact from an early age. The school of hard knocks you might say.

To those in the industry, I have an all important Nicet Level III certification in fire alarm systems design. This is recognized nationally. I've also sat on NFPA 72 committee for fire alarm system initiating devices. I'm a member of the local PNW SFPE chapter.

19 years of fire protection experience, starting from fire alarm and security installations back in 1990, project mgt on large commercial projects with Honeywell in MI, code consulting and FP systems design 10+ years.
