What Seth does

I started my business working with individual investors and continue to do so, but after reviewing the current state of the 401k industry I've begun to concentrate my efforts on fixing existing 401k plans and helping create new plans. My plans do what they are supposed to do....help companies recruit and retain talent by providing a benefit that grows employee's (and owner's) wealth without incurring a potential liability for the company (that's where 99% other 401k plans fall short).

The 401k plans I provide are efficient and transparent. Efficient means I diversify investments at the asset class level and transparent because I fully disclose all fees for my service (I'm sure you can easily believe, this is extremely rare in the financial services industry).

Diverisfying at the asset class level is important because noble prize winning research shows that over 90% of portfolio performance is determined by asset allocation decisions. These decisions are normally not considered in most investment policy statements (IPS), if a client even has an IPS. As a fiduciary investment advisor I take complete responsibility for providing client's the best opportunity to achieve their goals while reducing risk.

The only way client's can know I provide value is if I fully disclose my fees. I don't work like other investment advisors or financial institutions, I detail exactly what client's pay upfront and on an ongoing basis quarterly. For 401k plans, this is mandatory, to meet your ERISA and fiduciary requirements....if you are not getting this information now, I strongly urge you to search "401k and hidden fees" on google or visit my website.

What Seth does best

I help client's create wealth by maximizing their opportunity to achieve their goals and reduce their risk.

I do this for 401k plan providers and individual investors, however 401k providers have exponentially more risk and usually don't realize it.

If your an individual investor, I can probably help you. If your a 401k plan provider, I can definetely help you.

What does Seth need?

Partnerships with accounting firms to help their customers avoid the fiduciary liability pitfalls of other 401k providers. For the accounting firm they will be able to present their customers with an opportunity to save money, increase returns and avoid liability. This will help the firms stand out to their customers.
