I am the owner of an accounting firm that specializes in giving you a bookkeeping solution. We are not your CPA and we don't do taxes, but we do help you manage your business from a financial standpoint. We do this by either doing your bookkeeping for you or training you so you can do your bookkeeping yourself. For most of our clients it is a hybrid of both of these. On top of this we help you to understand what is financially going on with your business so you can better plan for your future needs. Our services include, but are not limited to: financial statement preparation and analysis, budgets and forecasts, cash flow analysis, basic accounting tasks such as AP, AR, payroll and payroll tax filing, fixed asset management and depreciation, and B&O taxes.  We use QuickBooks to handle the day to day bookkeeping tasks, but I also have professional experience with MS Dynamics NAV, Peachtree, FAS Fixed Assets, Macola Progression and Macola ES.

I help small businesses be more efficient with their time and money. I achieved this by either taking care of their daily bookkeeping needs so they don't have to be bothered with it or helping them to put in systems and procedures in place so they are more efficient on their own.
