I am an EcoBroker Realtor at the Windermere Eastlake office in Seattle. Previous to my real estate career I spent 6 years as a Network Engineer at Amazon.com. Feeling the need to reconnect with people I decided to make a drastic career change. I now specialize in marketing and buying/selling green built real estate in the Seattle area. Using my expertise I help to educate buyers and builders in the advantages of green building. The health, environmental and energy savings advantages alone are far too compelling to ignore! My business is referal based and every contact is key.

When I am not working I am an avid photographer, artist, rock climber, surfer, snowboarder, backpacker, all around traveler, film and music junkie. I live on Capitol Hill in the heart of urban Seattle.

I am also starting a non-profit specializing in active outdoor diabetic youth programs called "Activ Youth".

As a member of the Built Green and the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild I am at the forefront with the latest Green Building developments in our community. There are many incentive programs in our area that are designed to promote green building. These programs offer cost savings and encourage buyers to purchase energy-efficient, environmentally friendly and healthy homes.

It is my belief that we can reduce our impact in our communities thru green building practices. That is why I chose to take this path and educate myself so I can help others.
