I am a senior account executive with several processors.  I provide electronic processing solutions for businesses.  Including accepting credit cards storefront, home office, internet etc., gift card programs, check guarantee systems and ATM machines.

I am an account manager which means I personally provide service for my clients including set up and customer service

I really enjoy building relationships with my clients.  I love my job because I like to help businesses succeed.  To accomplish this i stay in contact with my clients whether it is to help or just to say hi.

I custom tailor rate programs to fit the type of business that is accepting cards.  Most companies offer a standard program (Costco is one example) that isn't necessarily the least expensive.

Business owners that are looking to reduce their fees associated with accepting credit cards, looking to streamline their payment systems, make their card acceptance faster or just over all personal customer service.

7 years in the industry

I have been in the industry for over 7 years now and I really understand the intricacies and different programs that are offered.  In the last year I have added over 100 new clients to my vast portfolio.  What I am most proud of is my client loyalty. My willingness to deliver great customer service sets me apart from my competition. Anyone can sell cheap rates, but will they come to help you read a statement, or fix a terminal 6 months after signing up?
