My business success relies on referrals from clients, friends, colleagues, and other associates in my growing network. In addition, I have developed community partnerships with several non-profit organizations and philanthropic foundations that benefit our community. I donate 10% of my commission on every transaction that comes to me through my partner organizations. Thanks to these referrals, I've been able to donate more than $15,000 to our community.

I am proud to have earned the "Five Star in Client Satisfaction" award for 2008 from Seattle Magazine and to have achieved a sales ranking of #1 Top Producer in Coldwell Banker Bain for January 2009.
