I am a business law attorney.  The focus of my practice is helping your small to medium sized business build a solid legal foundation on which to stand.  I make sure that you understand what is required legally to maintain the business. I review and help you to understand contracts so that you know what you are getting yourself into.  I analogize building a business to building a home or skyscraper.  You need to have a good structural engineer to make sure your structure will stand for years to come.  Along with a skilled CPA, I will serve as that structural engineer for your business.

I find that what I do best is help people start their business from the ground up.  I am also empathetic to their situation in that I understand how difficult it is to start a business from scratch.  I like to think of myself as the user friendly lawyer.
