As a current school board member navigating these challenging times, I share your intentions for quality education for all children, coupled with thoughtful commitment to financial responsibility for our educational system.

Sustaining integrity and effective relationships between all stakeholders - schools, local/state government, businesses, parents, and community - is a critical success factor for district vitality. As the mother of 4 children and a business professional, I contribute more than a decade of experience in corporate, family and community relations, bringing a thoughtful and broad perspective that supports our district in finding forward-thinking solutions with positive and sustainable results.

Prior to joining the Board, I served our school community for eleven years: Riverview PTO President, Citizens Facilities Advisory Committee and the Riverview / Machias Capital Projects Committee. These experiences shape my dedication to develop a unified vision so that together we generate an environment in which students and teachers thrive. Learning and children are at the heart of all decisions the school board makes and I am confident that I will continue to make a powerful contribution to our shared intentions.
