What's your take...WordPress & Squarespace?

Personally, I haven't had the time or interest to take Squarespace for a spin because I'm a bit of a WordPress wonk:o) But I've been toying with the idea of tossing up a new site just to get a feel for SP's capabilities.

How about you? Have you migrated your blog to SP? Are you considering it? What would make you switch? What would keep you from switching?

Company Registration/Filing Transfer?

I'm in the process of moving to San Francisco and need to figure out how to "re-file" my company. According to IL law you must either reside in IL or have a locally registered agent. I would much rather just transfer my company to CA but can't seem to sort out the paperwork. Although I'm not opposed to using an agent, I would rather do it myself. Has anyone come across any good 'how to articles' that might be worth a read?
