Well said Arden. Thanks for putting this out here. I'm thankful to say I haven't experienced much of this through Biznik, but it is still there. Maybe the handful of people that still use poor sales etiquette will get the hint from your post.

Yo Chris. Thanks for your clear thinking. I'm in a business that is so client focused I have to be nearly invisible in the process. I also recorded my video before this article came out with mineeds.com. You can see it on my website shawn@shawnyoga.com. The final product was great. One of the things that helped was creating a storyboard of how I saw the sequencing of vignettes in the video. This allowed us to edit in a great variety of cuts demonstrating what I do within a 1+ minute video. The other thing that is very important is to know what you are buying, or licensing, i.e., your usage rights. In the case of mineeds you don't actually get a copy of the video. You must rely on them to upload the video to sites like youtube or google that require that the actual video be uploaded. You are allowed to embed though which is completely different. With embedding you are given protocol to enter into any web page or blog that will create an interface to the mineeds server where your video lives. I hope I have the technical language right. Perhaps Raed of mineeds, or another techi could comment if appropriate.
