I help people unwind from stress and trauma to a state of greater ease and self-awareness. Pain and tension can melt away during sessions regardless of whether they are chronic, due to an injury, or of unknown origin. Emotional strain can shift as a renewed sense of tranquility and contentment is experienced. After treatments, clients describe feeling a sense of well-being and comfort.

As stated after a craniosacral session, one of my clients remarked, "well yes my back feels much better, but really all of me feels better".

  Still buzzing from an amazing cranial sacral session with Shawna. I know her from my BNI group and wanted to try out her services. All I can say is WOW! The knots and tension in my back and neck were gone, and I haven't felt so relaxed and rested in ages.
