I treat the cause which cures the symptoms. A client may have backpain due to tight adducters, knee pain from tight gluts, or sciatica symptoms from a overstretched piriformis (HUH? could it be?!?... oh yes.) Those that come into my space rarely lie passively on the table.....they are actively engaged in the process unless they request otherwise.

I work slowly, intuitively and methodically.....every direction of stroke has an intention to lengthen or shorten, relax or energize.
